Sweepstakes begins July 25, 2009 and ends April 30, 2010. Entry must be received by date specified in this offer and by means described herein.

Summary. The Fun Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The TranzGroup, 150 Motor Parkway, Suite 401, Hauppauge, NY 11788 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is offered in conjunction with multiple companies ("Promoters") through different websites ("Website Creative"). One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received across all Website Creatives. The prizes provided are collectively referred to as the Promotion. The Sweepstakes is offered via the Internet and only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Winner of the grand prize will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received by 11:59pm EST of the day prior to the prize selection by The TranzGroup, whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified within 2 weeks of selection. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

In no event shall The TranzGroup and/or presenting Promoters have any liability or obligation to award more than the number of prizes stated herein. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins on July 25, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). Various presenting Promoter creative presentations may be added throughout the Promotion Period. The TranzGroup's computer is the official time-keeping device for online entries for this Sweepstakes.

Prizes. Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize: A luxurious cruise for two (2) to the Caribbean or U.S. Virgin Islands. Trip includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in proximity to the port of sailing (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,000.00 to be used at winner's discretion. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Particular cruise is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will arange for every aspect of the trip and utilize an agent of its chosing. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accomodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor's cruise line and airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract(s). All expenses and incidental travel costs including ground transportation, meals outside of cruise ship, premium meals on cruise ship (at winners discretion and if applicable), passenger tariffs and duties, additional lodging, are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure unless the companion is the winners child or has guardianship of companion. Winner and companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to the issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining passports and/or any other documents necessary for travel. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4500. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and cost of cruise at the time of booking. Winner will not receive difference nor be responsible for difference between actual and approximate retail value. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws apply.

How to Enter. There are two(2) ways to enter the sweepstakes.

To Enter Online: The entry process for The Fun Sweepstakes grand prize and the Early Bird Giveaway are combined. During the Promotion Period, visit any Promoter’s Website creative presentation of the Sweepstakes and follow the links and instructions to complete the entry form. Complete and submit the entry form. To become eligible, you will be asked to submit a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) entry to win the Grand Prize and the Early Bird Giveaway. You may come back a maximum of once each day during the Promotion Period to register another entry and increase your chance of winning a prize. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified.

Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

To Enter By Mail: To enter by mail, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), referred by (if applicable) and age on a 3 x 5 piece of paper and send it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: "The TranzGroup/Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 537 , Miller Place, N.Y. 11764-0537. Limit: one (1) entry per stamped envelope per day. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2010 and received by the close of business on May 5, 2010. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSORS WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF THEIR VALIDATION PROCESS.

Refer A Friend Feature. You may increase your number of eligible entries by referring a friend(s) that subsequently participates in the Promotion. The number of eligible entries will be increased using the following formula: the number of friends referred that submit a valid entry plus one multiplied by the number of valid entries you have submitted. For example, if you submit five(5) entries through a particular Website creative presentation and refer a friend who submits at least one(1) valid entry, your number of eligible entries will become ten(10). Refer another friend, and your number of eligible entries will become fifteen (15), so forth and so on.

General Conditions. Sponsor and Promoters are not responsible for and entrant hereby releases Sponsors and Promoters from any claims arising from: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes ; (5) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from Sponsors or Promoters Website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by any Sponsor, Promoter, or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to a Sponsor’s or Promoter’s Website by a hypertext link. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unethical or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed. No responsibility assumed for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail/entries. All such entries will be disqualified. All entries become property of their respective presenting Promoter & will not be returned or acknowledged. Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Presenting Promoters and the Independent Judges which are final, and release the Independent Judges and the presenting Promoters and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, and or redemption of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, use or redemption of any prize. Presenting Promoters and Sponsor are not responsible for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error of any nature in printing of the Sweepstakes notice, entry form or prize notice, or administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Any Sweepstakes notice, entry form or prize notice containing a printing, production, typographical, human or other error of any nature shall be deemed null and void. Sponsor and any of the presenting Promoters are not liable for payment of any prize to entrants who have violated these official rules. Winners acknowledge that the Independent Judges, presenting Promoters and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty or representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any merchandise prize except that such prize shall be subject to manufacturer’s standard warranty.

A winner may be required (at Independent Judges' discretion) to sign & return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, & where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 14 days of date on notification. Failure to execute and return any required documentation within the time period specified and/or return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Alternate winners may be selected at random by Sponsor.

Costs for goods or services not specified are winners responsibility. No substitution of prizes except by presenting Promoter or Sponsor due to unavailability. Except where prohibited by law, winners consent to use of their names, hometowns, prizes won & likenesses for promotional purposes on behalf of all presenting Promoters and Sponsor and its designee(s) without additional compensation. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, & local laws & regulations apply. No transfer or assignment of prize permitted . Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. U.S. laws govern all aspects of this sweepstakes. All disputes and claims arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be determined according to the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles and all participating entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Suffolk County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes. All causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action litigation and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket expenses incurred.

Winner selection executed at the place of business of The TranzGroup or at its location of computer, software, and server. The TranzGroup, the Independent Judgee organization and Sponsor, has provided all prizes.

Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winners’ consent to Sponsors use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Hold Harmless. By receipt of any prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Promoters, their respective related companies, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Data Collection. Information collected from electronically-made entries is subject to Sponsor and the presenting Promoters privacy policy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants also authorize presenting Promoters to provide The TranzGroup, any participating carrier or service provider with their contact information for the sole purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.

No responsibility is assumed for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, wireless, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or via mobile phone transmission or any combination thereof. No responsibility assumed for any injury or damage to entrants or any other persons computer/mobile device related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.

The name, address, telephone number & e-mail address, if available, provided by an entrant to the presenter will be forwarded to the Independent Judges for use only in winner selection & notification in accordance with the Official Rules.

The information provided may be used by the presenting Promoters presenting this Sweepstakes to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be contacted, you may submit your request to them in accordance with their stated privacy policy.

During the Promotion Period, thirty nine (39) prizes will be randomly scheduled by the Sponsor and one(1) prize winner will be randomly selected to receive one(1) prize among a variety of merchandise, electronics, jewelry, travel, house wares,etc. The values and number of prizes at that level are as follows: 1 Prize (ARV: $800); 3 Prizes (ARV: $300 each); 10 Prizes (ARV: $60 each); 5 Prizes (ARV:$100 each); 10 Prizes (ARV:$25 each); 10 Prizes (ARV:$50 each). The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through all creative presentations as of 11:59pm ET (Eastern Time) of the day prior to the drawing . A winner of an Early Bird Giveaway prize becomes ineligible to win another Early Bird Giveaway prize for the thirty (30) days following the winning selection. The total ARV of all early bird prizes is $3550.
